Alice in Wonderland Polymer Clay Cake

<sup>This cake represents Disney's character, Alice from Alice in Wonderland. It has been covered in blue frosting since her dress is blue. Inside is a vanilla cake with white frosting. On the outside of the cake there are milk and white chocolate shavings. To represent the flowers that Alice lays in at the beginning of the movie before she falls into the rabbit hole, there are white daisies around the top of the cake. These also represent the flowers that she talks with along her path through Wonderland. Finally to represent one of Alice's adventures, one of the Mad Hatter's tiny tea cups has been placed on the top of the cake. To represent the cards that protect the Queen of Hearts, there is a handpainted card resting on the tea cup's plate. (The card has been thoroughly glued down and glazed)

Sorry for the bad picture, I couldn't get the pixels to go away.

I don't think I'll ever paint another polymer clay card that small again. Ha ha! This cake took me over 4 hours to make, but I'm pleased with how it came out. (:
